Optional measurement

Google Analytics measures visits using device, browser and page information. Google Ads measures advertising using cookies and click identifiers, without personalized advertising or customer matching. Facebook tracking is disabled. Analytics also enables DrTalks AI chat, which receives page and device information and messages you share. You can reject optional tracking or change your choices in Cookie settings.

Google receives browser and device information, page visits, cookie identifiers and network information such as your IP address for analytics and advertising measurement. We do not send names, email addresses, treatment bookings, chat conversations or patient records to these tags. Personalized advertising, Google signals and customer matching are disabled. Query strings and fragments are omitted from the page information we explicitly report.

Optional Google scripts and DrTalks remain off until you accept the relevant choice in regions requiring consent, or when your location cannot be determined. Elsewhere they may load without a banner unless you have refused. The analytics choice controls Google Analytics and the analytics-enabled chat widget. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable advertising measurement. Facebook Pixel and the supplied Google Tag Manager container are not activated: the container includes other tracking accounts and another consent system requiring review.

Your choices and consent record

You may reject optional tracking, choose analytics and advertising separately, or withdraw below at any time. Choices are saved in this browser with a random visitor reference, date, region, notice version and the notice shown. Earlier acceptance is preserved alongside later withdrawal. Other open tabs apply changed choices. Clearing browser storage removes this record; future visits are assessed again. Events blocked before acceptance are not replayed.

DrTalks AI chat

The DrTalks widget is provided by DrTalks, a separate service. Loading it exposes network and browser information to that provider; messages you choose to enter are sent to DrTalks. Avoid sharing sensitive medical details or identifiers. AI responses are not a diagnosis, emergency service or a substitute for a licensed clinician. For emergencies call 911. Chat messages are not sent by this site’s Google tracking code.

Appointments and questions
